Live entertainment, booked properly.

Talent buying is a trade, not a directory. Get50fs tells you early what a name really costs, what it needs on stage, and whether it belongs in your room at all — then books it, contracts it and delivers it.

Services

Everything between the brief and the encore

Take the whole service or just the part you are missing. Both are normal here.

Talent buying

We buy for our own promotions, so we know what a fee should be before we ask. That is the difference between a quote and a negotiation.

  • Real market fees, not list prices
  • Holds and first refusals
  • Counter-offer handling

Festival programming

Line-ups built as a curve, not a list — headline weight where the money is, discovery where the room can take it, and a budget that still balances.

  • Stage-by-stage curation
  • Budget modelling per slot
  • Clash and curfew planning

Show production

Technical delivery under one manager. Riders read line by line, suppliers tendered, and a schedule the crew can actually work to.

  • Rider reconciliation
  • Site and stage planning
  • Crew and supplier management

Sponsor activation

Sponsorship that survives contact with the artist. Rights, usage and on-site presence agreed at contract stage, not on the day.

  • Rights packages
  • Artist approvals
  • On-site brand delivery

International routing

Dates that make geographic and financial sense, with the visas, carnets and freight booked around them rather than after them.

  • Route and cost modelling
  • Immigration paperwork
  • Freight and backline

Contracting & settlement

Deal memos, riders, insurance and the night's settlement, all in writing. No handshake deals, no surprises at the end of the show.

  • Deal memos and contracts
  • Insurance and permits
  • Same-week settlement

The roster

How it runs

Four steps, no surprises

You will know at every stage what is agreed, what is pending and what it costs.

  1. 01

    The call

We ask what the night has to achieve, not just who you want. Half the time the answer changes the shortlist entirely.

  2. 02

    Options on the table

Names with fees, availability and an honest note on each — including the ones we would not book for this room and why.

  3. 03

    Paper

Deal memo out within 48 hours of agreement. Riders reconciled against the venue before signature, not after.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Advance, load-in, show, strike, settlement. One named contact throughout, reachable on the day.

Our side of it

Thirty years of show nights between us

The people behind Get50fs have promoted, toured and produced. Between them, more than 2,170 shows and enough cancelled headliners to have a plan for it rather than a panic.

We work from Lisbon and travel to the shows. An agency that never leaves the office learns nothing about the rooms it is selling.

  • We attend the shows we book
  • Contracts in plain language, not boilerplate
  • Settlement within the same week, always

FAQ

Before you brief us

Still unsure? Email [email protected] — we answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Availability and an indicative fee normally come back within 48 hours on working days. If an artist's management is slow, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.

Do you charge the client or the artist?

Both models exist in this industry. We tell you which one applies to your booking in the first written offer, so the fee you see is the fee you pay.

What is the minimum budget?

There is no fixed floor, but below roughly €5,000 the economics rarely work for a full-service booking. We will say so early rather than waste your time.

Can you work with an act we found ourselves?

Yes. Plenty of clients arrive with a name and want the contracting, advance and production handled. We are happy to be the middle of the job rather than all of it.

What happens if the artist cancels?

Every contract we write carries a cancellation and replacement clause. In practice we start looking for a replacement the hour we hear, and we have never had to open a refund window.

Do you cover events outside Lisbon?

Most of our work is outside it. We hold the visas, carnets and freight relationships to run dates internationally, and we travel to the shows we book.
